Prior booking with the CCACS Coordinator is required for all General Use spaces.
Please contact Leah Selk, CCACS Coordinator to book a time to view the spaces or check for availability. All bookings for which a fee
is charged must be accompanied by a deposit of half the fee. This deposit
secures the booking and will be applied against the fee after the event. The
balance owing is due within five business days following the event. To book a space at the Arts Centre, please download the Rental Agreement Form HERE, complete it, and return it to the Coordinator along with your deposit (if applicable).
The Arts Centre has two small meeting rooms available for rental - a small office in the basement and a small studio on the main floor (pictured below).

Bookings with over 40 participants will be required to complete a layout form to obtain capacity approval from the WL Fire Department. Forms may be obtained from the Coordinator, and must be submitted for booking approval. |
